A Sanctuary for the Extraordinary
Ornitia Project was born from a passion for the unique and a deep respect for the native. It is more than a garden; it is a living refuge dedicated to conserving the orchids and rare plants of our region, which are often overlooked. We have created an ecosystem specifically designed to attract and sustain birds, fostering a constant dialogue between flora and fauna. This space is a canvas for research, education, and quiet contemplation—a meeting point for all who feel curiosity and wonder for the most subtle details of nature.

Our purpose goes beyond the garden's immediate beauty. We envision a future where Ornitia Project becomes the cornerstone of a Research Center dedicated to local botany and ecology. Every visit, every workshop, and every plant adopted is a direct step towards this transcendent goal.

Our plan is built on three fundamental pillars:
-
Habitat Creation: To establish and maintain specialized botanical collections of native orchids and rare plants, integrating a landscape design that serves as a sanctuary for birds.

-
Education & Community: To offer a space for scholars, experts, and nature lovers. We will host guided tours, botanical identification workshops, and bird-watching events, fostering an active and conscious community.
-
Sustainability & Impact: The income generated by this project will be entirely reinvested into the land. We dream of funding research grants, propagation programs for at-risk species, and ultimately, the construction of a center with laboratories and workspace for local and international scientists.
